For partners who are promoting for us, or about to start. Follow the five steps below once and you will know exactly how the commission is earned and where to see it.

Four rules worth reading first

First introducer wins
When a buyer first clicks your link we remember it was you, for 90 days. If they order within 90 days, the commission is yours. If several people shared links with the same buyer, the FIRST one counts.
Commission depends on the product category
Our products are grouped in categories and different categories carry different rates. Your portal shows them in “My rates by product category”. For any category not listed, your base rate applies (referral 3%, agent 5%).
Commission accrues when the buyer pays in full
The commission is recorded only after the buyer has paid the order IN FULL (status “Pending”). Partial payment does not count — we do not pay commission on money we have not received.
Refunds reduce it proportionally
If the buyer returns goods, that part of the commission is reduced in proportion (still “Pending”, but a smaller amount; your portal shows both “Deducted” and “Net” columns). Anything already settled is not rewritten — it is deducted from your next payout.
After the first paid order, the buyer stays yours
Once the buyer pays a first order IN FULL, that customer is recorded as yours long-term: every later order from them carries your commission (repeat orders included), even if they change e-mail address or company name. One condition: at least one order every 24 months, otherwise the binding is paused automatically (one reinstatement on request).
One tier only, and there is a cap
This is a ONE-TIER programme: you may not recruit sub-introducers, and commission from a sub-introducer's buyers is never payable — any such arrangement terminates the account. The commission base is the NET amount we actually receive and keep (freight, duty, taxes, discounts, rebates and bad debt excluded; returns and exchanges do not count), and it is subject to a per-customer cap (see your portal).

Five steps, start to finish

  1. 1. Apply
Fill in the form on the “Business Partners” page. Once approved we send you your promoter code and your personal link (xjfoliage.com/?ref=YOUR-CODE).
  2. 2. Sign in
On the partner sign-in page just enter the e-mail you applied with (no promoter code needed); we send you a sign-in link. Click it and you are in. No password.
  3. 3. Share your link
Your personal link is at the top of your portal, one click to copy. Share it with anyone — existing buyers, trade-show contacts, WhatsApp groups, your own site. Once they click it, we remember it was you.
  4. 4. The buyer inquires or orders
The buyer can simply arrive through your link, or you can give them your code to type in: the inquiry form has an optional Promoter Code field, and what they type in wins over the link.
  5. 5. Once paid in full, check your commission
The order appears in “Commission” as “Pending”; after we pay you it becomes “Settled” and a line is added to “Payouts”.

A worked example

The numbers below are an EXAMPLE to make the flow clear, not a commitment. Your actual rate is in your portal.

  1. Buyer A clicks your link and orders $10,000.00 of artificial trees.
  2. The order is PAID IN FULL and the system records 3% for you: $300.00 (status: Pending).
  3. Later he returns $1,000.00 worth of goods and the commission is reduced by $30.00.
  4. Your portal shows a net amount of $270.00. After we pay, the status becomes “Settled”.

What is in your portal

Dashboard
How many leads you brought, how many closed, pending and settled totals.
Your leads (masked)
Buyer contact details are MASKED (e.g. jo***@abc.com) — enough for you to recognise who it is, never the full contact.
Commission (with deductions and net)
Per order: order no., order amount, rate, gross, deducted, net, status, date.
Payouts and statements
All payouts are listed. The statement can be printed or saved as PDF, and downloaded as Excel / CSV for your own bookkeeping.
My rates by product category
Which category pays what is all in this table, computed from the same source as your commission lines.

Common questions

I sent the link but the buyer did not order right away. Still valid?
Yes, for 90 days. Orders within 90 days count for you. After that, if he clicks someone else's link it may count for them.
Two partners shared links with the same buyer. Whose is it?
The FIRST one who brought him — not the last.
When do I get paid?
Once the buyer pays in full it shows as “Pending”; we pay out manually on a cycle (PayPal / Wise / credit against goods), after which it becomes “Settled”.
Why is my commission a bit less than order amount × rate?
Two reasons: (1) the order mixes product categories with different rates; (2) the buyer returned goods and it was reduced proportionally. Open the line to see “Deducted” and “Net”; the two add up to the gross.
Can I see the buyer's full contact details?
No. That is our promise to buyers, and it protects you too — every partner sees the same masked view. If contact is needed, tell us and we will connect you.
Can my promoter code be changed?
It can be, but we advise against it: once a code is out there it cannot be recalled, and old links with the old code stop working. Contact us if you really need it.
